These are excellent tips and I do use most and am always looking for ways to minimize that need to open/grab it. Thank you! Once of the greatest tips I learned was gray scale.
These are great tips! I love the clean, minimalistic (and less tempting to get sucked in) appearances! I'm going to give it a try and set my phone up like this later.
I love the idea of the rotating image on your vision board - such a great idea!
Have you ever put your phone in grayscale? I typically have my phone in grayscale to reduce the temptation to scroll or on my computer when I'm trying to focus on writing! An absolute game changer!!
Yes!!! I recently set time limits on certain apps in screen time. I also set up an automation in shortcuts that opens the option to switch on “downtime” whenever I turn my alarm off in the morning. You can decide to lock certain apps during downtime, I lock all social media. It helps me not to scroll as much the second I wake up.
I use the “I am” app - its great and i set it as a widget on my home screen so every time i look at my phone i see a positive affirmation. You might like it.
'You can't change something you're unwilling to look at' - I wasn't expecting it to get that deep but I love it 👌🏻
yesss!!
These tips are so helpful! I’m going to do all of these things. Thank-you! ✨
So happy this was helpful!!

Greyscale is pretty amazing -- I feel like the greyscale shortcut it's my "eject" button to launch me out of the scroll hole🤣
